Data controller

OSYNA SRL, a company under Belgian law, registered office: Avenue Paul Hymans 112/36, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (Brussels), Belgium — company number BE 1026.270.490. For any question about your data: contact@osyna.com.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to share with us through the contact form or by email:

  • Identity and contact details: name, work email, company, role.
  • The content of your request: subject, desired timeline, message.
  • Technical traffic data (IP address, browser, page viewed, referring site), logged internally for audience measurement and security (no advertising trackers).

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in following up a professional enquiry. No commercial use, no profiling, no sharing with third parties.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. A longer period applies only where a contractual relationship requires it or a legal obligation demands it.

Hosting and security

Your data is hosted in France, within the European Union. Requests sent through the contact form are handled by our own service and stored on that same infrastructure — no third-party form service, no export to an external tool. They are only accessible through a password-protected admin interface restricted to authorised staff. No data is transferred outside the EU. We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@osyna.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD / GBA), the Belgian supervisory authority.

  • Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
  • Restriction of and objection to processing.
  • Portability of the data you provided to us.
  • Complaint to the Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Audience measurement and security

To understand visit volumes and protect the site against abuse (bots, malicious attempts), we log minimal technical data internally — with no cookie and no third-party tracker — on each page view: IP address, browser type (user-agent), page visited and referring site. This information stays on our own European infrastructure, is never shared or used for advertising profiling, and is automatically deleted after 90 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring traffic and securing the site; an IP address behind abuse may be blocked.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics). Our traffic measurement is first-party and works without cookies. Only strictly necessary preferences (light/dark theme) are stored locally in your browser.
